With the recent Sondek improvements, Linn might gain an even larger market share for turntables. More people are talking to me about turntables now days, and they are seriously thinking about Linn.
However, most of these individuals can't purchase a completely loaded Sondek, but can certainly start with a basic version. Their main reason is having the ability to upgrade, without the need to purchase a new turntable, as with many other brands.
It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Linn.
