Strange experience with Tidal

I have just subscribed to a 12 month free trial of Tidal Hifi. I had previously had a trial when I first got my Klimax with no issues. This time however, everything is streaming at 96kbps AAC, yet nothing has ever changed in my set up. I have checked settings in Konfig and Bubble DS and both are OK. I've also launched it from desktop but still the same. Any ideas?

Yes, and I am showing as having a HiFi subscription until 1/12/2020.

Ok, tried logout from tidal on your DS then reboot and login checking settings in konfig then reboot?
