Linn Ninka / Keilidh Stereo Aktiv Cards
Linn Ninka or Keilidh stereo aktiv cards.
Work brilliantly, come with a long and short connector so they can be fitted to the Linn 5125 without straining the cable.
They work with the LK85, LK140, AV5125 and 2250. Can provide fitting instructions if needed. Very easy to fit.
Looking for about £150 + postage

Gidday there,
I'm after a Keilidh treble stereo card to put into an LK140 that I've just bought. Do you still have one of these that you'd be willing to sell and post to NZ? If so how much and how do we do it (Paypal maybe)?

Aktiv Cards
Hi Nico,nico13 wrote:Hello, still for sale?
Mine are now available as I upgraded my speakers to Linn 242s.
I have a pair of mono treble cards suitable for Majik/LK100 a 1 x stereo treble card and 2 x stereo bass cards suitable for LK/5105/5125 2250 etc. One bass card holds a pair of the modern mono cards in a stereo adaptor board so the cards can also fit the latest Chakra and later amps.
If you are interested, let me know which ones and what you think is a fair price.

I'm in NZ but postage wouldn't be much, less than 10 Euro.
These are Kelidh/Ninka cards so you will need one treble and one bass card per amp. Mine was tri amped so that I was driving each speaker with a separate channel. Going Aktiv was a big improvement, and adding the second bass amp was also a step up.
You just need to say how many and which model of amp you have for me to know which cards you need.
The original cards on this post sold before I could get to them so I ended up buy a new bass card set up from Linn which cost me about 225 Euro. Then I upgraded my speakers so they are now all redundant. A bit of a waste. To go Aktiv with the 242s I need 5 amps and 5 Aktiv cards so that won't be happening in a hurry.

That isn't too far different by the time I convert it to NZ dollars. I'd be okay with that. Saves me having to muck around and list them on eBay.
If you want to go ahead send me your email address and postal address and I can bill you via Paypal and put into the post.
(They don't actually come up that often, I was watching for a stereo treble card for ages before I gave up and bought new. Was a bit annoyed to miss this pair but I didn't really want a set at that stage. It ended up costing me more just for one.)

Hi Designstory,
The bass card is definitely compatible with an LK140 as that is what I was using it in. How would £85 work for you? It cost me about £300 three years ago second hand from the Linn dealer and I bought a new treble card that cost me £225 last year but I guess it is only worth what the market will pay.
If that doesn't work for you I'll put it on eBay and let you know the auction and we'll see what the market decides.
