Does anybody know the right torque for the 14 screws inside the Radikal?

ThomasOK has the exact torque settings for all fourteen screws, and there is a post on this forum which contains this information.

I thought it was listed in the Hi-Fi section, under Radikal, but could not find the torque topic. I'll have to conduct a more detailed search. But if you sent ThomasOK a message, he might be able to provide the actual specifications.

I think Thomas posted this on the Linn forum, not here, but I have a record of approximately 0.4Nm for both the circuit board and dynamik. I would start off there and fine tune by ear.

Mike has PMed me and I sent him the information. Charlie1 is correct on the starting point for the circuit boards - my finding was extremely close to the .4Nm mark.
