Majik 109s

Anyone had a chance to do any Tune Dem's with the new 109s?

Someone on the Linn forum found them more musical than 140s, but they didn't do a proper Tune Dem comparison by the sounds of it. My understanding is that the 140s are more likely to be the more tuneful due to the deeper bass, but perhaps Linn have put more work into the 109s.

I think they look quite nice and the 2K array doesn't look as 'odd' as it does on the 140s, perhaps due to the smaller proportions.

I briefly heard these speakers last week, driven by a Majik CD - Majik Kontrol - Majik 2100. The room and installation was not familiar to me and there were no comparisons made.

My initial impression was that they sound really good! Can't say much more than that yet.
