Linn Brilliant

Post by SteveRobinson »

Hello,

I know it’s a long shot, but does anyone have a Linn Brilliant power supply for a Karik III that they would be willing to sell me? When mine gave up I thought it may need new capacitors, but some surface mount resistors have fried and it looks terminal. It seems a waste to junk an otherwise good CD player.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Steve

Hello,
Is it the round PSU in a silver case you are looking for? I think this was the first SMPS by Linn.
If so, I would have to search for it but I see a chance to find it.

Hello Klaus,

Yes it is the power supply in the round silver case.

If you can find it, that would be fantastic.

Thanks for looking.

Finally found it. It must have been stored in its card box for xxx years.
I suggest we agree on transportation costs and I'm happy to send it.
Perhaps use pm.

Hello Klaus,

Thanks for that.

I have sent you a PM, let me know if you receive it as it seems to be sitting in the "outbox" and II'm not sure if it has sent.

Steve
