I might be wrong but I thought maple 242's were only available in their first iteration? If this is the case and you're not bothered, then fine but the mk2 are quite a bit better.

Maple were in mk2 version

Too be honest Mk 1 or 2 is not an issue for me

The Maple fits with my other gear and too be honest I don't want to change my full set up at the minute.
