Exotik (Analogue) for Sale

I have an analogue Exotik in silver for sale. It has the 5.1 channel input/output, so could be used with a Blu-Ray player for HD audio and provide the volume control. Alternatively, it makes a great stereo preamp.

I got it to replace an AV5103, and felt that the sound was slightly better. It wasn't massively better, but was a much more reliable machine overall. It's much newer, and the remote control and fascia buttons all work perfectly (unlike my old 5103!).

Appearance is pretty much immaculate, and the silver with blue-lit display goes nicely with newer Linn kit.

I'm only selling because I managed to pick up a bargain Kinos (although the Kinos was still three times the price of the Exotik...)

Complete with original packing, cables, manual etc.

Asking price: £750 plus P&P

Location: near Baldock, UK.

Linn has produced 2 exotik models.
which one is on sale? the first or the second one?

This is the analogue model, not the "+DA" model which was later rebranded as the Akurate Kontrol.

It has no ability to decode digital signals, but is capable of handling a 5.1 channel input, so can be used as volume control when connected to an external decoder or a BluRay/DVD player with 5.1 channel outputs.
