Interest Check - Linn Akurate 242

Hi - looking to move these on. Bought in 2007, I am the original owner. Mark 1 with upgraded 3k array (from Linn Klimax). Cherry veneer. Looking for €2,000. Will need to be collected, far too heavy to box (although these are available). If interested, will post pics and provide S/N for confirmation with Linn. Based outside Belfast. Demo very welcome.

At that price, you should get rid of them very fast, i suppose... did you change the 3K-arrays by yourself or was it done by a Linn dealer?

Hi - 3k array changed by dealer. Can provide S/N of 3k arrays also. Do you think these are too cheap?

I've seen Mk 2 going for around €3000, and was assuming that the Akubarik release would increase the number of 242s on the market. Have to say I've really loved these, but fancy a pair of stand mounts for a while.

Well, I will not sell my MKIIs for 3k€ ;-) Then I rather keep them...

Same for my MKIs, indeed they have tremendous potential when being
aktivated, BR, Klaus
