Comes with Linn’s top of the range Silver RCA interconnects in place of the Black ones normally supplied with an Akurate. Includes remote control, Linn supplied Ethernet cable, power cord, and all original packaging.
The device has an internal digital volume control which can be disabled if you use a pre-amp or enabled to allow use direct into a power amp.
It is in generally excellent condition, but there are one or two minor marks: There is a mark just below the sleep button – it doesn’t seem to be a scratch but does not seem to want to rub off easily either – see photo. There are a couple of very small marks on the top back edge – unseen when the device is in a rack – again, see photo. Otherwise just a few very minor blemishes showing that it is not a brand new unit. I have photographed the unit to the best of my ability.
Functionally and operationally it is fully working and as new. It has been updated to the latest Davaar 25 operating system, allowing use of Linn’s new ‘SPACE’ room correction system. This permits custom tailoring of the output to match the acoustic character of your listening room. See the Linn forum for more details.

I am more than happy to demonstrate the unit to anyone who thinks they may be interested. I am in south Shropshire, close to the Welsh border. Despite having the original shipping materials, I am reluctant to ship at this time, as whilst shipping is affordable, insurance is not. So I would really like cash on collection. Alternatively I am happy to deliver or meet up anywhere across central England or Wales at my expense. Should you be a streaming newbie, I will also help you get it setup and working should you wish. I am going to UK Scalford WigWam show so could meet there.
Current retail is £4500 with an extra £150 or so for the upgrade to Silver interconnects, so I am looking for £2000.
