Shivers down my spine!

Post by rowlandhills »

I've not stopped listening to my system all day :D

Today I finally completed (I hope!) the purchases I need for some time, by adding a Kinos into my system to replace the Exotik, and putting Skeets under the speakers. I have to say that I'm truly astonished by how much more musical this is! I hope that one day I have the cash to experience what a KDS and KK would do, but that day is definitely a long time away...

So, my system is now:
  • Akurate DS
    Kinos
    Tunebox
    AV5125x2
    Kabers (Aktiv)
Plus a Centrik (Aktiv) and Tukans which will get connected up again when the system moves into another room later this year and becomes the centre of an AV system rather than it's present stereo only role.

I've spent the last few hours listening to everything from Eva Cassidy through to the Prodigy, and loving very minute of it. Currently playing the second disc of Seal's Greatest Hits album (the acoustic versions) and it literally made me shiver when the xylophone starts up for "Killer"...

Thanks to everyone on this site for your help in getting me to this point.
