Does anybody have any experience or knowledge of the "Arcici Reference Suspense Rack?" Apparently they are noted for the sonic improvement of all audio components, and the rack's particular design features. The five shelf unit is $4,750.00 and the four shelf unit is $4,350.00 (U.S.).

Perhaps this isn't a very well known audio rack, but I was curious of it's merits. I've been looking into various audio racks lately, in addition to the Harmonihyllan series.
Some of the other audio rack systems I'm seeing are from Finite Elelmente and Hutter HiFi. The rack systems from these two companies can range from $1,800.00 to $3,200.00 (United States).
Overall, I'm trying to figure out which type is worth considering in terms of performance vs. cost. Does more expensive always mean better sounding :?: Do some audio racks sound good with a specific brand of audio components only :?: I'm not in a hurry to buy another rack immediately, but realize they can have a very big impact on how audio components perform. And in some cases, they can be a bigger impact on sound than a new audio component.

Well, that does provide some guidance. I haven't found much useful information regarding audio rack performance vs. price.lejonklou wrote:You must be kidding. This is HiFi, an area practically devoid of correlations between price and performance.Tony Tune-age wrote:Does more expensive always mean better sounding :?:
The worst systems - and racks - that I've heard have all been terribly expensive.
