Differences in different SSD/HDD formating ?

Recently I used a SSD with flac files and the disc was formatted in NTFS . To my surprise, the sound didn’t do well.

At the same time , I had a smaller disc with FAT32 , same music . I connected it and the music came alive again !

I took my SSD NTFS disc and deleted everything and did formating again, reinstalled the music - this time to exFAT .
Music sounded alive again .

Now, is there any other who has the same experience as I have about this ?
