Recommended binding posts, Linn knekt banana

Hello,
I have a pair of old Yamaha NS-1000 monitors at work, connected to some old Linn equipment (LK100 and a Wakonda). The binding posts are horrendous, see picture:[attachment]NS1000.png[/attachment]
If I would make a new binding post plate and use it together with split K400, terminated with Linn Knekt bananas; what connectors would the forum recommend?

There are literally hundreds of different socket designs so it’s a bit of a challenge to try them all! I use the Deltron because it matches the very good Deltron 4mm banana plugs. Those are very good sounding banana sockets and therefore I use them on Boazu, Tundra and Tundra Mono.

You just need to be careful when soldering them, as the plastic melts.
