Are they now launched?
Would be interesting to compare to 708P.

They look a little like the M2 speakers which thankfully led to trickle down to the 708P then the 308P.
Everything is a remix: Copy, Transform, Combine.

I was listening to them yesterday. Very transparent as I experienced them. It was as if they had no character in of themselves. A bit disconcerting in a way, but remarkable really.

Thank you - were they production versions? Where did you hear them and what was the rest of the system please?

Hi Sunbeamgls,

Yes, they were production versions. I was at Tonläget HiFi in Gothenburg. The system was Klimax LP12 with Kandid and Klimax DSM Organic (couldn't say what amplification he was using I'm afraid). We were doing a comparison between Anders' demoex Klimax LP12 (original Klimax Radikal) and my LP12 (Klimax Radikal2/Kore/Akito3/Adikt). We didn't do any extended listening and we weren't specifically discussing the K2 Dingles, which is in a way a shame because I would also like to learn more about them.

Thank you! I'd like to hear them, but doing that in the UK is likely to be a challenge.

Out of curiosity: was your LP12 with Klimax Radikal 2 better?

Tendaberry,

The Radikal2 brought out details (we experienced a playful interaction between the instruments) in a Sinatra track that we didn't experience when listening to the Klimax LP12, but my LP12 was more 'rough around the edges' in its presentation than the Klimax LP12. So what was lost because of the less accurate rotation speed of the original Radikal with regard to that track was not detected on the Klimax Lp12, despite having a superior sub-chassis, tonearm and pick-up. I think the comparison showed the value of upgrading to the new Radikal if you have an original Klimax Radikal. I have to say that I appreciate very much that Anders put my order for a Klimax Radikal on hold when he got wind of the new Radikal. It's a beautiful step up from a Lingo 4 that's for sure. The music sounds so natural and 'självklar' (of course!) all of a sudden.
