Pre-2005 Majik-I Integrated Amp HT Bypass?

Post by Winston67 »

Does anyone know if the old Majik-I has a “home theater bypass” capability, ie a line level input that bypasses the volume control of the amp? I see that it has a tape in as well as a tape out - would that work? Thanks!

Yes, Tape-out is fixed volume (what get in... gets out). so that should work. Nice amp btw

Thanks. Wouldn't I need a fixed line input (as opposed to output)?

err...?
fixed out is a ‚pass-through‘, so no volume control in the circuit... thats what you need?!
