Im using a Harting 3050GB-A switch with Friwo power supply, and a fantastic sonics improvement, but i wonder if a Melco HA-N1Z/2 or a Fidata HFAS1-XS20U will be a remarkable improvement.
Any experience about this ?
Regards

that is difficult to answer as most of us are using the Netgear so probably only a few have heard your switch in comparison. As a good start with not soo much investment you can try the Netgear GS 108T with the regular power supply which comes with it as in a recent test the Friwo did not beat the standard one.

The Harting 3050GB-A is profesional switch,, and far better than netgear cisco, and than the called audiophiles.

Far better based on technical specifications and/or robustness of construction? Or far better in a musical comparison to a Netgear GS108T using the tune method?

Much much better in both features, hence I have my doubts that using a Melco or Fidata get better sound.
Harting Switch is amazing, but like a professional non HIFI products, price and publicity its so far away, from the world of Highend audio.

I never use the word believe, the difference is so big that is very easy to listen it.
My friends say the same like me, and they have bought the same switch/power supply system.

One Harting switch on the way from Australia. BNIB for £40 convinced me. I have a Netgear switch, expect clips.
