When What Hifi tested Linn’s Akudorik and Akubarik they thought these speakers performed better with their Naim streamer and preamp than with Akurate DSM. OK but as both were active models and with Exakt crossovers I don’t understand how that works. Are there an analog inputs to these speakers?

"we feed in the digital output from our reference Naim NDS/555PS streamer" to the Akurate DSM is the only way I can think of.

So DSM is not connected through Ethernet, instead they use the NDS as digital source to the DSM. Clock is now coming from the NDS and is recovered in the DSM, could be better?
