Hi
Has someone tried the Naim Powerline on the Akurate Radikal?
I checked but there are very few comments on this forum.
On the Naim forum there are some positive feedbacks.
As everybody knows, the Linn forum is still down, so I decided to open a new topic here.
Regards

The search for knowledge is not nourished by certainty, but by a radical distrust in certainty
Re: Naim Powerline for Akurate Radikal
I used to own a Powerline and tried it on Linn 2200, Majik DS and ADS, and Tundra 2
While it did make an audible difference to the power supply on my Naim CD5, it did not improve the above.
I have never found anything that actually sounds more musical that the standard leads that come with the kit.

Re: Naim Powerline for Akurate Radikal
I have quite a few Naim boxes and have found the Powerline to be a nice upgrade. I tried a Powerline with my Akurate Radikal, and really hoped to like it, but felt the stock power cord was clearly better.
However, I have found the new AVOptions Ultra-HBL power strip to work very well with the Akurate Radikal when it is the only component connected. The Ultra-HBL is fantastic with the Naim boxes.
