What Ethernet cable is recommended?

Hello!

I have order this http://www.microrendu.sonore.us/ and need to connect it to the network/router with
a good cable. Need only 2 times 4 meter. Are there better or worse in regards of musicality/tunedem?

What is to be recommended?

It seems that the shielded Microconnect is a good one. I have found one at "Dustin" a swedish shop. Can I just have confirmed that this is the one?

Could be the best one, BUT they can also replace it without notice. To them, is the same thing even if it's a different brand.

Please note that between 2 and 3 metres have sounded best when I've compared (several years ago).

I bought 3m cat6 microconnect from Dustin 2-3 years ago. Turned out that they were no better than the cat6 I was using. Tried Supra cat7 and they are the best I have. It's frustrating, you don't know what's good until you tried.

I was almost ready to buy a set of Supra cat8 wich people seem to like but then again I thougt why not ask the
Lejonklou forum. This saved me more than half the outlay compared to Supra but I don`t know , having no experience at all with these types of cables. So I can only hope that it is as good as the mentioned and tested versions earlier. I needed to look for the suggested sstp model , did you have that ?

I know its picky and who knows maybe the SSTP model was better 2 years ago but now,,,who knows.

So far all the research on here has found SSTP or SFTP to be the more musical cables. See this thread for more information:

The cable is now installed and are working fine. At the same day I received the new frontend from US. Sonore Mr streamer. So now all is burning in and getting better and better. Don`t know if also a ethernet cable sounds different after burn in.

So far its a step up from my previous PC with various tweaks as source.

HI Matt! Yes I do enjoy it. Its more music than I`ve had in my system before

I use a Teddy Pardo 6V ( reused from my Regen)
