Go to Tesco
Treat yourself to an eight way power socket, one metre of cable.
Price £7.00.
I have tried various power blocks over the years, including home-made ones, but this is one of the best. Shame it is not possible to get it apart to zap the neon, but you cannot have everything for the price of a CD.

Thanks for that Don..a bit pricey tho the one I used I got it from Woolworths for £1.99 .Have you compared it with the £5 6 way which has no light..its easy to open and kill the light is it not...Leo from surprisingly sunny Glasgow.
