Rega Dac R ( latest version ) is a second hand bargain but only if one uses digital filtering nr 2 on the unit and if the digital input signal is good and not manipulated .

Using filtering nr 1 is slightly worse sounding so many people listening to this unit might have had the wrong impression about sound quality.

Really good and cheap rca cables: Focal Elite.
Defenitly worth buying, i payed 167 swedish kronor = about 16 euros.

Yes i have the 1 meter cable, then i bought focal speaker cable on a 12 meter roll, i dont remember the cost but they were cheap and really good with deltron banana
