How musical is an Airport Express 2?

On my way to Källa I‘m thinking about selling my Akurate DSM/3 Katalyst and save funds for Källa. I’m pretty sure Linn will replace it by the the Linn Selekt DSM anyway. I would relace it with a Sagatun and Airport Express 2. I know this is pretty extreme but do you think the combination

Airport Express > Sagatun > Tundra Stereo 2.5

is way less musical than

Akurate DSM/3 > Tundra?
