Heads up “playground people”

Last night I looked at generel settings on my ipad. I stumbled on Siri being used many times in apps and other places as a kind of tracking device collecting information. I then disabled it everywhere I could and started listening to clips again.
Suddenly I understood comments from other forum members I had disagreed with or thought weird at the time.
As far as I can hear it makes a noticeble change to the sound from the clips to disable Siri. It does not necessarily make it easier to choose but different.

Go to Settings on your ipad/iphone and click on anything to search for Siri turned on. I found it 20 places or more where I manually had to turn it off.

I do not hope I am sending you on a “wild goose chase”.

Do you hear the same change?


Have now tried Siri “on” and “off” a couple of times and I personally find Siri ON easier for me to use (more tuneful??) but maybe with a more crude sound! Go figure.........
