The Sony Ericsson MBR-100, will lift the music from iPhone 4s.. If you can find it it's only around 40$
It will not lift the music from iPad 3. Since the iPad 3 got better headphone output than iPhone 4s, but the bluetooth is a lot worse from the iPad.
iPhone 4s has the best bleutooth clock among all devicec I've ever tested.
I can not gurantee it will ift any other device since it's seems very dependent on the quality of the bluetooth transmitterclock.
