hello to everyone
there is a hiss coming out of my speakers, tweeters mainly so its a high frequency noise and its always there as soon as i power on my KK and KCT( when receiced a signal),
- KCT off(before the signal received), KK on = no hiss.
- KCT on and KK off = very quiet hiss almost non.
- KCT on ,KK on louder hiss i can hear it from 1m ( cant hear it when listening to the music).
- both on with the source disconnected still hiss.
the hiss is not dependent on the volume, does not get louder when volume increased.
i try to separate all the cables from each other and its still there.
is it normal?, have anyone experienced similar issue ?
or should i just forget about it, as i said it doesn't affect the performance.
thanx for any answer, best.

Re: KK hiss ?
I am guessing that in the above you meant "as I said, it doesn't"?malpa wrote:or should i just forget about it, as i said it does affect the performance.
From your description of it, it sounds perfectly normal. There is hiss in all electronics, there's no way to remove it completely.
thanx. good to know it.ThomasOK wrote:If I put my ear very close to the tweeters in my ATCs I can also hear a slight hiss from the KK. I cannot hear it from my normal listening position and it doesn't change with volume level. As I have had it with three different KKs I would certainly say it is normal.
