HELP Factory Reset of the Källa (Resolved)

Hi,


There was a power outage in our locality and the Källa was powered up.

Now I can't locate the Källa, open the control page and it does not show up in my list of connected devices.

It is connected to the network as I can see the green light blinking on the lan connection.

Also the start up sound is not heard

I assume this is because it was not powered down correctly (turn off from the webpage).

Is there any way we can factory reset the Källa? OR is there any other way to fix this.

I have already tried restarting the router then powered up the Källa and vice versa but nothing works. HELP

Have you tried powering the Källa up while disconnected from the network? I wonder if that would cause Källa to ignore its network settings and revert to DHCP.

tried it. but now the lan lights is blinking green/yellow.

I use the same lan for another device and it works perfectly so the connection is not a problem
