Some pictures of Källa and our initial setup.
Will do some further positioning and finetuning over the weekend and try to post some videos too.

The system is Källa - Sagatun Mono - Tundra Prototyp - Graham BBC 3/5 - Linn silver ICs and 2.48m K200
It's a tight space atm but we're busy creating more room to allow a better speaker placement.

Källa 006 and 007 are now on their way to Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

No better place for them!

Källa has now arrived in the UK and my demo unit is already out with a customer!

I'm not sure how many. I'm in England, and so are today's visitors. For me, and another who lives not too far away, dealing with John at Kantata has been the preferred way to buy Lejonklou. The travel is actually easier, depending on where you start, and John can arrange airport pickup and home demos.

Next week I will build and ship more Källa. 011 will go to the USA, 012 and 013 to Uppsala, Sweden.

It's not really possible to know exactly when each unit will be ready, as there are three parameters that are adjusted and need to be spot on. Some Källa's "comply" reasonably fast, others require several days, because after each adjustment, it needs to run for several hours to reach a steady state.

Fredrik is on a well deserved vacation this week (after all the hard work getting Källa out the door, as well as work on building me another pair of SINGularity). Next week he will be back doing final tuning on Källa again and 011 (which is coming to me), etc. will start trickling out again. So far is takes enough work to do the final tuning on the Källa that it appears about 4 or 5 get out in a week. This could improve in time or it could just take this long to tune each one as I understand there is a lot of work involved. Either way the flow should be starting again next week.

Sorry Thomas, but it's unlikely that I'll be able to complete 4-5 Källa's per week. The first ten I had already done some steps on in the week before in a final testing of a component, so they were completed a little faster.

I prefer not to make any guesses, but just complete one at a time and not ship it out until I'm completely happy.

What can you say, wishful thinking? I was just going on the dates the last several shipped but wondered how much work had been done before they all started shipping.

We expect no less from you. No complaints here. I picked up Källas 004 and 005 at the Post Office today and 004 is already on its way to the first customer. 005 will stay with me until 011 arrives and then will be a demo unit to send to dealers. Don't expect reports/clips from me right away as I want to optimize everything as best I can first and Apple seems to be out of iPhone 11s until mid-November.

Congratulations on the new Kalla Fredrik, I'll be able to hear it on Thomas's system eventually!
