Best wishes for 2023

Post by David Neel »

A few days early, but I feel the desire to send everybody best wishes for 2023.

My own 2023 will be different, quite how much I'm not sure. My life has simplified recently in a material sense, and become richer in other dimensions. I was very conflicted about ordering TM3s - do I really need them, or should I say I can afford them so I'll have them? I'm listening to my system right now, and feeling that life is good. No, very good!

Over the time since I joined this forum, I've been annoyed by a few contributors (and doubtless vice versa!), and become friends with others. Only the latter seems important.

Happy 2023! May all your musical desires materialise!

Happy New Year to all.

Nice to have something to look forward to with TM3s.

I'm looking forward to Super Kikkin or Giella Pi depending upon which I prefer as a dedicated pre.

Happy New Year to all! It will be an interesting year for me as well. I will be semi-retiring (not from Lejonklou - I plan to devote more time to Nokturne Audio) as I will be cutting back or eliminating my retail presence. There are new products to look forward to, new dealers likely soon, the Axpona Hi-Fi show in Chicago, April 14-16 and another sterling review shortly. And all that is in the first 4 months! Onward and upward!

A little late, since I unfortunately could not participate in the party of the last few weeks due to illness.

Wish everyone belatedly a good and successful year 2023. For me it had actually already begun in early December, when I found something in my listening room, which I missed for years, bass. Currently two corners (3 and 4m high) are equipped with traps, the third will have to wait until I feel better. In due time I will post examples.

Also, I have again sent a request to Marco regarding Källa, because it looks like Fredik is most likely due an apology, as my focus during the test NDS-Källa was too much limited to the lower range of the listening spectrum at the time.

On that note, a healthy and prosperous new year to all.

Glad you're on the mend Hermann.

So the bass trap has given you more bass - is that right?

Good luck with the next Kalla demo. I instantly took it - something very 'right' and involving about it.

Thanks to both of you.
Yes Charlie, the bass traps pretty much sums it up. But I will report in detail in my thread when the 3rd is installed as well. After that it is necessary to fine tune the briks again, which are currently back on my movers.

Marco replied and it looks very good....

Actually I must not even think about how the Tundra Mono 3.0 will sound....
