I sincerely hope not! Brexit has made it far more difficult and costly to send units back to Fredrik for upgrade though.

Certainly not. Despite the tariff-free zone that we had been promised by the Brexit agreement last December, we have experienced illogical and unexpected duties at customs which make deliveries and upgrades a problem for end customers, dealers and us as its distributor.

We have been told it's mainly due to the lack of preparation by customs that this Brexit actually would happen - and its consequences. And it-s not just a matter of expense - as we also import from the UK we have seen shipments being stuck at customs for weeks, goods returned etc.

We have good faith however things are normalising again and we'll soon be restarting shipments to the UK again - so please bear with us just a little longer.

Where are you based Flatcoat?

Cheers from Amsterdam,

In the UK census taken ten days ago, I was asked if I regarded myself as British, English, Scottish, Welsh or Irish. I replied "other" and specified European. Most probably a futile gesture...

I have every sympathy for everybody trying to make sense of the only trade deal in history which has erected rather than eliminated trade barriers. Sometimes dark humour is not enough.

Good news that shipments will start again sometime, and hopefully by the summer. I have a Majik LP12 with Karousel/Jelco arm/Adikt/Lingo 4/Gaio. I plan to upgrade in the summer, with Ekos SE and Slipsik, or Ekos SE with Entity and Krystal.

I live in Cornwall
