Is the input power on the Gaio changeable by the consumer or a dealer?

Hi robbiesd and welcome to the forum!
No, it's not. It's two entirely different power supplies on the 115V and 230V versions. And the power cord is connected directly to it. This is all good for performance but means you can't change the input mains voltage.
