The following is taken from Tonyl on pink fish media:
"I have to ask that all posts containing links to comparative vinyl needle-drops be removed from this site. Though only short clips / excepts etc made to indicate differences between turntables, cartridges etc, and never intended as a file sharing resource, they are still likely to be in breach of copyright legislation."
So sad if it is true. Can anyone confirm?

I'm pretty sure it's ok to copy a "reasonable" amount of someone else's work for educational purposes.
Tonyl is concerned about revenue on his ad supported site. If a Google bot detects a music download it automatically removes any Adsense adverts, along with the payments that go with them!
