Hi Fredrik,

Great to hear that Sagatun is finally ready for its launch, really wish I could attend, but regrettably I can't make it.

Wish you all the best with the UK premiere, curious about what magnificent musical stories Saga has to tell.

Cheers,

Marco

I'm working both dates, but someone owes me a shift at work, but i'm not sure if i can get time, i'd be unable to travel after a night shift on the 9th, even if it was a quiet one, i still couldn't get set off til around 10am. i'll have to see.... bloody work !

Sagatun it is!

Won by 5 to 1 and my wife is happy too. She says that Sagatun is not only very beautiful, but also the best area in all of Sweden for picking cloudberries.

Is Saturday a better weekday? I had my sight on a Friday evening, but am not so familiar with how things work in the UK.

I would love to attend and have a listen and also meet Chris. However, I will have to play it by ear, so certainly not in a position to propose a favoured evening. Hope it goes well, if I cannot make it.

I'm in the fire service fredrik, my shifts move on a day each week, so I could work two days then two nights starting Monday, then the week after the same would start Tuesday. I'll just have to try and sort something out with the date you visit.
Glad you chose the name sagatun with the reasons you're posted, sounds cool. :-)

Friday nights not the best for me, nor most weekends! Friday during the day better ( or any other weekday generally). Will do my best whatever is arranged though!

Any idea of price yet?

Feedback on the weekday matter points towards a Saturday instead of a Friday. I have changed the original post accordingly.

macrotech2: Pricing not yet definitive, but slightly above Tundra.

I would prefer 17 May then.

When you say pricing slightly above Tundra, is that a Stereo, or a pair of monos?

Thanks, Kevin

Wow! If it's as good as some have been saying, it'll be an even bigger performance bargain than the Tundras.

Good luck!

It will be interesting to hear what you have come up with this time. Any plans for a visit to Tonläget?

Thanks!

Yes, of course there will be a demo at Tonläget! Right now it looks like the 21 st of May is possible. I am checking that with mr Simonsson.

And for the premiere at Hidden Systems, I've had several requests for the 17th of May. I should add that I have a secret up my sleeve for this day. There is more to the presentation than the preamplifier named Sagatun.

Will confirm the date within the next few days!

So you will be showing a Klimax DS beater as well? :-)

I suspect a headphone amp, but, happy to be proved wrong, as I wouldn't have much use for one!

I thought more of "buy one channel of tundra mono, get one free" ;-)

How about a Lejonklou/klangedang (?) combo?
Apologies if I haven't spelt that correctly.

I've hopefully managed to get a swap at work with a mate who's off, so Jane and I are keeping our fingers crossed.

Nope - it's waaaay more exciting than that! Maybe not from a financial point of view, but that is a boring way to look at things anyway :)
