so you prefer sagatun or KK ? For the price surely such a close comparison is testament to the hard work and skills of fredrik ?
I'm going to hidden systems on the 17th and will write up my findings.

I'll be there too.

There's quite a few possible combinations of components we could listen to. It depends on what Fredrik would like us to compare and what Chris is able to demonstrate.
e.g.
Sagatun / Tundra Mono / range of speakers
KK / Tundra Mono / range of speakers
KK / Twin or Solos / range of speakers
Sagatun / Twin or Solos / range of speakers

etc., plus the surprise item. Has anyone guessed correctly yet? How about an integrated amp?

It's almost Saturday!

Sagatun is better!
Sorry if I wasn't specific enough in my last post.

Azazello is on the board of company advisors for Lejonklou HiFi and the only one who knows about the surprise product.

The reason is that it was his idea to begin with. I was very sceptical, but he insisted that I should build and evaluate it.

More on Saturday!

In December last year Fredrik wrote the following in his system thread

"Digital source is none at the moment and I am not allowed to say anything more"

http://www.lejonklou.com/forum/viewtopi ... 7373#17373

So my guess is there will be a digital source also on show at Hidden Systems :)

Good find Dave, great digging up!

That would be rather exciting too, a Lejonklou DS.
It would seem that such a new product launch would really deserve a presentaion of it´s own, though.

I'm not sure that can be true, because I suggested a Klimax DS beater ages OK and I haven't won a prize!

This secret is indeed quite a mystery - Fredrik has not told me what it is either. Being his North American distributor I didn't feel it was appropriate to throw a bunch of guesses on the forum. But I have tried a bunch of guesses privately even though he told me up front he wouldn't tell me if I got it right until the Premiere. However, he has told me a few times when I'm wrong so I can say it is not a DS nor a MC phono stage. I believe he already said on here that it wasn't a headphone amp.

I know some of the things he would like to make at some point, which I won't divulge on here, but it is none of them either. So to be honest, I'm as mystified as anybody.

As I have had the Proto for a week, I know a little about it but have no idea what it really is.

To be honest, I kinda like the fact that it will remain mystery until the premiere of Sagatun.

Has anyone guessed LP12 Motor Control yet, like a Lingo only better/cheaper, for those who can't afford a Radikal?

Maybe not a new digital source but possibly a tuned version of an existing one?

This is my last post on the "surprise" since I don't want to spoil the party - but no guess so far is even in the right direction.

Given the interest in the subject I think I can also say that few of you will be disappointed! :)

Originally I was meant to join Fredrik tomorrow but the rest of my life got in the way. That's a bit frustrating today...
