Fredrik, do you anticipate leaving demo models at WYSAH or Hiddensystems? Unfortunately I have work on both of those days which will keep me in Central London, but I'm keen to hear a Tundra when I get a chance.

I am in a similar position - I would love to get to one of those days but I don't think I'll be able to get away from work. Very keen to hear the tundra...!

Both dealers are quite near me and I should be able to take Friday off and get to WYSAH. Hope to see you there Fredrik!

Thanks Ozzzy!

There will be a second tour in the UK. I intend to visit Cymbiosis (Peter is busy in the end of April) and possibly some other retailers. Will keep you posted on where I'm going and when.

I hope I will be able to bring two Tundras and leave one at each retailer.

Sorry for the limited visiting times at these retailers!
On Thursday evening (the 26th of April) I will visit Anthony in Bedfordshire. If you're interested in showing up there, please make an appointment directly with him ('anthony' on the forum).

Very neat - I like it. Now the logo is there, the two LEDs don't look strange. In fact, I rather like the look of two LEDs instead of just one, as is common.

Can't really see the front finish as it is too dark, even though the two photos look similar exposure.

Looks good Fredrik. Interesting that on the back you have that "lights off" switch. Is it tuned for best audio with lights on or lights off, and is there a "low power"/standy mode?

Thank you!

Charlie: The entire case is finished with a textured black powder coat.

rowlandhills: The Lights Off switch only turns off the front lights, in case you feel distracted by them in a dark room. There is no standby mode involved. With lights turned off, the power consumption drops with 0.004 Watts. The impact on performance is so small that it's hard to determine which position sounds better.

Is the logo lighted?
How close to LK size is it?

Looks absolutely superb! I like the 2 lights too.

Very attractive, Fredrik. It almost does look like the logo is lighted - a nice effect. I can't wait to get my hands on mine.

I like it too - very nice indeed!
I seem to recall Fredrik mentioning the dimensions somewhere (possibly in this thread & I can't find it). I think it is closer to Linn 2200/3200/4200 size though I'm sure I will be corrected. If it's not quite as deep, that'll be perfect for me as it'll fit on my tiny shelves better.

Logo isn't lighted, but it's bright in appearance

It's made by a laser cutting through the paint and then oxidising the aluminium surface to a white satin finish.

Tundra is 350 mm wide and 350 mm deep. Height is 69 mm, including feet.

Bloody fantastic. I thought the kikkin was dwarfed by the logo, but it's a small piece of kit. This looks far better and really much more 'professional'-no offence Intended. I really like that Fredrik and I am definitely going to be keeping an eye on this and hopefully one day hear it. I'll update my avforums thread accordingly in due time.
Well done, respect dude, very impressive from what I've seen here. :-)

Thank you Ozzzy189!

I have been tuning Tundras all day today. Right now I can't see myself ever getting tired of it. And the final reward is hooking it up to a system and playing a song to confirm it sounds right. In that moment, it's easy to get stuck!

Those who ordered their Tundras from Tonläget can probably pick your units up on Friday. You need to check with them, of course.

Thanks Fredrik I´m one of the lucky individuals and I am of course very much looking forward to getting it before the weekend. I have sold my Klimax Twin and are currently playing on an old LK-85.Not bad really, source first rules, but I expect it to be much better with the Tundra. I had the opportunity to try Tundra s/n 001 in my system and as Linnofil mentioned we felt that it was better than my Twin.

So thanks again Fredrik for a great product!
Kind regards
Christian
