Re: This has to be one of Miles Davis' greatest performances

This is my favourite version: https://open.spotify.com/track/7qXzftboLI8bovjXxYhriu

It is expensive on vinyl but worth it.

Re: Klångedang T1 - sensational loudspeakers!

Yes, synkron is inside the speaker. But there are still some tests being made, I am not sure if the exact options has been decided upon regarding stands/synkron/reference. I guess there will be an update on the Tonläget website in some time.

Re: Klångedang T1 - sensational loudspeakers!

Yesterday Anders at Tonläget held a mini musical evening where Klångedang w reference filters were compared to Klångedang with integrated synkron-filters on Majik 109 stands. Lejonklou Boazu was used together with klimax LP12 and klimax DSM. Reference filters sounded great, expensive and impressive....

Nice looking system, and bet it sounds great as well. Where did you get the vinyl shelf, is it custom made?

Re: Playground for practical listening exercices

To me the JBL is clearly better though completely missing some of the bass content. But I am a huge of bookshelf speakers so, no problem there. The looks are terrible – but, it is mostly a problem with proportions compared to the rest of the system/room. Might work! I need to compare these with klån...

Re: Klångedang T1 - sensational loudspeakers!

I can give a short review or really listening impressions from the evening. We listened to vinyl, full blown LP12 with Krystal/Klimax DSM/Tundra 2a/K400/Klångedang T1. I wasn't too attentive in the beginning – I think we first listened to SHW and then Synkron. This time I thought that Synkron was an...

Re: Need help with a Tune Dem! 'in room recordings'

Nice music! I think A is good. B is out of tune and rhythm in comparison. For example if you listen to the rhythm guitar on ”How will I know”, during the the verse – B seems very random and A is very understandable and wonderful guitar playing. Not to mention the emotion in Witneys voice. :D Great t...

Re: Slipsik 6 test pilot

I have been listening on the Slipsik 6 prototype for about a week, and I have found that it brings new life to my record collection. It is not very huge difference between the 5.1 and 6 you might say, but to me it brings the air around the instruments making them feel more alive and you get a better...

Re: Harmonihyllan

I'm not sure how to explain this but, and I haven't recently tried to reposition the rack, but in my mind the placement of the power strip makes a big difference as well.

So moving the rack and also the electronics will at the same time make the placement of the power strip – better or worse.

Re: Just listen!

I feel being centered just feels unnatural, the thing with a good Linn installation is to get the room playing and it sound pretty much good everywhere, even from the other room. This is what is different compared to traditional hifi with speakers away from every wall, listening triangle and all tha...

Re: New forum

Hi Matt,

I'm sorry, I'm not talking about the mobile version.

I can't access that because my devices use the standard version, and in standard version, the font could be increased for the smallest devices in the css.

I would skip the mobile version all together, it had it's time, but it's 2015.

Something the developers of the forum/website can do, is to make the font size bigger on the smallest devices.

It's possible to make the font size in the stylesheet bigger for the small devices. Or quick fix: flip your phone to horizontal.

The forum and website are all what you'd call a "responsive design". They both work great on desktop, iPad and iPhone. (That's the platforms I have access to.) One design that adapts to your browser width. You can view the smartphone version by making your browser thin, and you can view the changes ...
