Not sure what you're changing but, using B as the reference, it sounds a little clipped, almost staccato... A flows better but a bit too much that it almost seems to blend into one & looses impact... not sure I like either, but would pick A if I had to go with the flow... Comparing B & C is much eas...

Have you thought about a used Tundra Stereo instead of a Majik 2100? Latest spec is 2.5, but even a v1.x Tundra will walk all over a 2100, and reveal more of what the ADSM is doing.

Glass behind the speakers would tend to reduce the effective bass, wouldn't it? A is more flat, like flat line, no up down, no emotions ... Yes, it does seem that way at first listening but I think we are being fooled by something else.
