Re: GIGAPORT HD/HD+
Volumio and ESI gigaport HD+ still refuse to run stable, no matter what I try. It can play an album, but I have to leave it that way; still troublesome with switching song or adding songs, etc. It really is the ESI dac causing problems; my RME ADI-2 dac runs flawlessly Sopper, the Linn app works we...

For the people who still haven’t managed to run Volumio stable with web-ui or Volumio app, update you MPD (music player daemon) as explained at the upmpdcli website: https://www.lesbonscomptes.com/upmpdcli/downloads.html Bottom explanation for updating MPD for Debian. Re: Volumio.
Updated the UPMPDCLI libraries and server in Volumio.
Can run Qobuz and Tidal now, visible in Linn Kazoo.
So no need for BubbleUPnP (server) anymore.

Re: General discussion about HAKAI (Split from original thread)
Has anyone managed to run HAKAI (exact build as described and with ESI dac) and Volumio stable? Mine is only running stable with music from usb HDD and Rigelian Control point app. Everything else fails after 1,2 or 3 songs, or when switching albums, adding to playlist, etc. etc. This is the case wit...

Re: Volumio.
Why do you have two 320 SSD's? I suspect that your HAKAI will sound better with only one. Not sure why I inserted 2 haha I think I had a dual boot option in mind to try something different on 2nd SSD. How do you feel that your HAKAI performs musically? I hate being negative, but I feel I must point...
Re: Volumio.
Not much has been said about the flakiness of Volumio apart from its tendency to be a little bit flaky :0) Although I'm only using a laptop with Maplin Dac at present I hadn't noticed any problems with Volumio up until now. Without being too controversial I think the problem could possibly be the H...

Source HAKAI components Cross-Country
This thread is dedicated for sourcing hard-to-find HAKAI components. We all live in different countries, so we can help each other finding and buying HAKAI components. I came up with this idea when I found 2 gigabyte GA-N3050N-D3H in Germany; the Webshop wouldn’t ship to the Netherlands, so I asked...

@ Moderators:
Can we start a dedicated thread for cross-country ordering of hard-to-find HAKAI components?
Some internet shops won’t ship abroad, so I figure we can help each other to get the components we need and/or want to try.

I'm still looking for another motherboard. A couple of weeks ago the N3160N-D3V seemed to be available only in countries using the Cyrillic alphabet, judging by google responses. It is now showing as available from sellers in both Netherlands and France. Since I'm a monolingual Brit I can't see whe...
