I torqued the Jern 12ws today and it resulted in all over better musicality and powerful, full music. I went back to 1.3 and it is really better now than 1.1. The torque made the sound fuller and less lean. Overall more musical! Källa-Boazu-Jern 12 ws my best ever system. Music just flows.

That sounds very interesting and like good therapy, Roots! I took your tip and torqued the 12ws. What a difference! I should have done it before. Everything got fuller and more powerful in a very musical way. I also feel strong as Jern (iron) now: ). Great intiative, Roots! ...Regarding 14ds vs 12ws...

Quite strange but the Jern 12WS Boazu sounds more musical in my system. There is a musical flow and naturalness with this combo the 308 Kikkin does not have. I can listen for hours without fatigue and I am just drawn into the music. I wonder if the 308 would be better with a better pre, like Linn KK...
