Currently, 1 Euro = 1.4206 Dollars... And it looks like the British Pound is approximately 0.84 to one Euro currently :? .

Linda Perhacs sole Lp "Parallelograms" from the early 70's. Lightly psychadelic folk with a jazzy tinge. Thanks to both of you for the interesting information and logical opinions. Based on the current Linn product line, they don't look back. Although there are former Linn products which still perform very well, and certainly compete with many current audio components. It will be interesting to see wha...

You can definitely rule out "the" Isobarik speaker, Tony. What's likely to surface are completely new designs, with only the Isobarik bass loading principle in common with the original. That is interesting Lejonklou, do you think the price would be fair to customers, or will they be pushing towards...

Re: New IsobariK speaker?

Please read the thread on Linnforum. Anyone that have thoughts or information? What in the thread is true, or likely true? Both Majik and Klimax/Komri series are mentioned... (great to have Majik price and Komri performance  ) I did read that same thread on the Linn fourms. Approximately o...

Just placed an order for the new Rolling Stones Exile on Main Street deluxe album box set. Apparently the deluxe set will have two 180 gr. albums, two CD's and two DVD's, along with a book. Not sure if the book is a hard cover or soft cover. Accoring to preliminary reports, the 180 gr. albums sound...

Have you tried placing your LP12 away from the corner? Might bring further improvements... Yes, the turntable and audio rack location were in the reverse order, originally. Re: Plinth

Just replaced my Afromosia plinth with a Movingui plinth, made by Chris. It is a very well made product, and the finish is essentially perfect. While it can be difficult to describe how a product sounds, the first area of sonic improvement was voices. Basically voices are more human sounding and ly...

Re: Linn Isobarik

Using a set of passive Linn Isobarik speakers, from the ninties and still enjoy their performance. Ultimatley, it's the Sondek turntable that keeps me happy with the Isobariks. As I upgrade the turntable, the speakers continue to sound better. However, the power amplifier being used seems to be a g...

So far Linn is saying that there will not be a metalwork swap available for the Radikal or Uphorik. While I think it should be physically possible to make this change to the Radikal and Uphorik I certainly don't think it would be worth it from a musical point of view even if Linn did offer it. But still interesting to read you think the Radikal was the bigger upgrade although you already ha...
