Re: Lejonklou/Linn System

Seems like the Akudoriks are picking up accolades for their improved bass response. That's encouraging.
Linn's speaker designer, Phil Budd elaborates on the reasons for this:

Re: Lejonklou/Linn System

Thanks for a meaty synopsis/ review, Neil Now the Tundra Mono2 is in the UK, an audition is definitely in order. It certainly seems that, for those such as myself that can't yet stretch budget to a floorstander, the Akudorik/ Tundra Mono2 combination is going to be a strong seller. Could you elabora...

An update from me is coming within a day or so.
ML - I'm surely not alone in saying that your thoughts on the Tundra Mono2s would be read with avid interest.
[In the relevant thread, of course]

Re: Opinions on the new LEJONKLOU website

Overall, much more cohesive. The product line now shares equal 'real estate' with the forum, and that is a good thing.

I'm sure there will be minor tweaks to implement over the next few weeks but well done, Fredrik and anyone else that was involved.

I realise it's still early days, but obtaining a satisfactory level of ExaKt is beginning to look like a similar issue with the Sondek. In that there are a handful of recognised fettlers that owners migrate towards - often involving long distance or international travel - and several other dealers a...

Very interesting. Thanks, both for your thoughts. Looks like I get to fulfill both aesthetic and aural wishes, then. That's good. Music Lover, fyi - I consider myself very fortunate to have a pair of K-200 made up by Fredrik last summer. Prior to that I was an obedient advocate of K-400, albeit both...

At home I used to have Tundras by the other electronics, with an original 1.2 m Linn Silver (new model pair, good but not best) into Tundra and about 4 m K200 to speakers (212). The alternative was 4 m of Linn black interconnect (that i soldered myself) to Tundra, positioned in between the speakers...

Superb analysis, Erik - thank you.
It seems that the previous comparisons to Linn's K range are about to become unnecessary. Exciting times for Lejonklou. More than ever before, I'm really keen to hear a pair now.

Welcome to the forum, Richard
I have a Treble card available should you find a separate Bass.

Activ Katans are superb, really zingy. I'm now using mine as multichannel rears, and when I move back to my home, they'll be in the office.
Best wishes,
