Re: Lejonklou/Linn System

Apologies for not posting a report, but had we left earlier then I may have had time We were enjoying ourselves so much it was almost 8.30 before we left, thanks to Chris for a great day, I thinks Spannko's words in his text to me were "  I have to say, It was a fabulous day, and quite unlike ANY de...

Re: Exakt installation

Firstly can I say I thought Thomas's post was interesting. However thinking a little further on from discussions of speaker position and precision of placement, my understanding of Exakt which I admit is small, is that it does several things using software, these being correction for room, correctio...

Re: Exakt

Thanks Spannko for your kind words.

I think Ozzzy has hit the nail on the head, but also Spannko with your comments on setup which is largely attributed to Chris at Hidden Systems and the time he has spent installing Frederiks products and getting things just right.

Re: Opinions on the new LEJONKLOU website

Nice looking site, well done Frederik, and as previously said it works quick One thing I have noticed is once you are on any page ( for example the News page) other than the home page or a product page there is no named link back to products, I can see it can be reached by clicking on the Lejonklou ...

Hi All! I have also tried Tidal Streaming. I found the installation very strait forward and have had no technical issues at all. Kazoo works nicely and since I run in on a rather slow laptop I am pleased to see that the application runs quite quickly. I previously tried Spotify and Wimp clients and...

I don't understand the problem with discussing Linn or any other brand in here. Where would you otherwise get accurate and reliable replies? In my view the main strength of this forum is that the majority of those who hang out here know their stuff, love music and are committed to quality. I haven'...

I listened for quite a while to Tidal today, it works perfectly and would re-iterate my previous comment, it sounds better via iPad and airplay on 4.14 than it does native on 4.23

It also prompted me to order 3 CDs, 2 I've considered before and 1 I'd not heard, so that's this months £20

Of course, pricing is relative and value is even more difficult to define and Lejonklou prices look very reasonable on the surface. But this has to be compared against the quality of the finish on the product and the level of support offered by the dealers (which is variable of course), rather than...

New Monos

Well I've now had 2 days listening, everything is what I was hoping for having previously heard the Sagatuns at Ozzzy's I find it very difficult describing "hifi" or listening to music, so I'm going to opt out of a "review" However my neighbour who has been listening to all types of music for in exc...

New Monos

First off a big thank you to Chris, what a great guy, again I have taken another day out of his busy schedule. His visit was for me to audition Sagatun Stereo and Monos, to replace Kikkin. I'm too busy listening to music to write much more, just to say that Chris ended up leaving without the Monos 😀...

I had another visit this evening and we had a really good and fruitful listening session. I also solved a particular quandry that I had. So with the kds1 into sagatun stereo then tundra stereo driving majik 109, we started playing some music. My guest had akurate 212 and because of this felt that i...

Perhaps Frederik should go that little bit further and do away with naming the products (as Linn do) if he wants to separate his brand from being associated with Linn or more precisely Linn owners. I have just been trying to think which other manufacturer uses a name rather than a model number ? Per...

I too am in agreement, it seems that Linn owners/followers are the only ones aware of the products, there doesn't seem to be any outside awareness from the rest of the HiFi community. Or if there is I haven't seen evidence of it. Ozzzy you need to spread the word further afield ! Only kidding you do...

Do you have the nerve and thick enough skin to start a similar thread on HiFi Wigwam ?

I'm not sure what sort of reception it would receive, certainly it would be dismissed out of hand if it was Linn, but even my die hard Linn hating neighbour likes my Tundra
