Guys, the change you've noticed its a bug in the FPGA code in which left and right channels get switched.

Those ones don't count, it's like experimenting with drugs, some you like, some you don't, without the cash investment!

Re: French version off leiads

Thanks for offering your help! When you unpack the archive file leiads_0.4-4.tar.gz you'll find a file called intl.c in the directory "src" which contains all the texts in different languages (currently: English, German and Swedish). Just replace the English texts with French ones, and add yourself...

Thanks for you replay ledcam! This morning I visited the REL dealer and did not like REL's current line-up. Too much hi-tech looks for my liking. As expected, the salesperson pushed and demoed another brand (JL Audio), impressive and gut-wrenching bass, but not of my liking (no tune at all!!!). I wa...

Looking for a subwoofer

Finally I've accepted that I need a subwoofer for my setup. I'd much prefer to get larger speakers but there is not that much space where my Katans are sitting up right now and my wife would kill me if I try to get something more visible than the Katans (she think they are SO big!!!) As usual, there...

Hi,

On my bedroom system I'm using a Windows Notebook (HP NC6320) with Windows XP SP3 running Squeezecenter 7.3.1 feeding a Firestone Fubar II USB DAC + Firestone Supplier power supply. The DAC is connected to a Naim Nait 5i integrated amp and speakers are Rega Kytes.

It makes wonderful music!

Please tell us more Vic! It's just a Windows XP SP3-based PC with silent 500-watt power supply running Slimdevices Squeezecenter connected to a Firestone Audio Fubar II USB DAC with a Firestone Audio Supplier power supply (like a Naim Hicap for the DAC!). The USB DAC is connected to a Naim Nait 5i ...

Re: 2nd System - how good is good enough?

Charlie1, I had a similiar situation as you but finally I've got a 2nd system that at least I can spend hours listening to. It took me a few months to find the correct components due to size and space constraints but as of yesterday I'm very happy with what I've acomplished, even though the only Lin...

This is sort of a weird request but being LeiaDS so good I would like it to be able to control other UPnP V1.0 media renderers, for example GMediarender. I'm setting up a Linux/Ubuntu PC in my bedroom and I'm currently using GMediarender as the media renderer with flac files being served by Twonky. ...

I'd like the government to give me just a little $500,000US bail-out. Out of the $700 billion it should hardly be missed!
