hi Fredrik - we „love“ you for having what you call obsessive tendencies. That makes it easy to buy your products even if some dont have a chance to get a demo before buying. I am now at around 55 hours play time with the Entity and will write what I think later today when I have more time.

that is probably mu metal foil (magnetic field shield foil) to shield the magnetic field of the transformer even more from entering the delicate circuits (I say even more as the transformer seems to be already in a magnetic shield can)

hi Naimless - I would recommend not to do that and rather get a manual torque driver ... that gives you more flexibility, more repeatability and you can start with much lower values. The tool to go to is the Sturtevant but there are other tools like Wima etc. but Sturtevant is the one most of us use...

just a short question:
if you change/disconnect the interconnect(s) between the source and the Sagatun is it necessary to switch the Sagatun off while doing that or is it enough to put it on mute?

I have learned to switch everything off before I change interconnects but not sure if that’s necessary.
