Maybe I'm lucky, but I find Volumio stable in use. My Hakai is exactly as per specification, and all the music is on a LSNAS, with either laptop or tablet as Volumio control points.

I was in the middle of testing when the original J3455 failed. So although brief initial impressions were good, I didn't come to any conclusions. Hence trying again with this new one.

One final thought for non-UK Hakai builders: if you have to pay any duties/taxes in your own country, these are (obviously) your responsibility....

OK! I'm with tokenbrit here. Second clips I find more intimate and engaging. At the same time, Charlie is right in that the first clips seem more pitch accurate.
