I´m now running single wire and very happy with the result, clearer and more distinct sound. Actually the cables are 2,75 m so can still cut down. Thanks!

You right, I need to get new plates! When single wire K400 are you splitting the cable into two or do you just leave one pair unused?

Interesting information about cable lengths! I have M140:s with K400 cables ca 2,5 m in lengths. They are bi-wired due to the facts that the speakers have cut connection plates (hope you understand what I mean). They are also soldered on the amplifier side because I have a Tundra stereo. When readin...

I would like to wish a fixed output (tape out). It makes it possible to connect a head phone ampl and to rip LP:s if you would like to do that.

I just got a second hand Tundra 1.2! I didn´t have the chance to listen to it in advance. I was worried that my Kikkin wouldn´t match it so well. However these worries were ungrounded, it sounds very good. I must say that the difference is quite big compared to the LK140 it replace. Kikkin-Tundra al...

Thanks for the reply! I have now taken arm off. It is obviously no connection between the arm and the earth cable connector at the arm base. I live pretty far from my Linn dealer so cant just go there and ask him to check it. He suggest that I send it Linn to get it checked and that is what I´m goin...

Ekos problems

I have some kind of earth/ground cable problems. I first noticed it after a upgrade including Keel, top plate (Linn original), and Woodsong plinth. Every time I touch the arm I can hear a an increased noise level (buzz). I have good connection between the top plate and ground cable. The connection b...

Yes I'm sure its lots of potential left to dig out of my table! I must say that the Radikal was a large upgrade from Lingo. I don´t expect the plinth change to be that large but who knows with the right torque and everything else tuned in! Looking forward to get it done!

Thanks! I think I´m going follow your advice! Hopfully I can convince Fredrik to do the plinth change and get the right torque. The idea is also to put together the old LP12. It would be fun!

LP12 upgrade of top plate

Hello This is my first post here on this forum! However, I have followed the discussions for a while as a guest with interest. I have owned a LP12 since the beginning of the 90th when I bought it second hand. I think it is from 85 or 86. The reason for this post is that would like to have some sugge...
