Many say that the right direction is the lingo 4 . Some have left negative comments on the Lingo 4 but I fear due to some mistake in set up the motor .

I've Got an old Linn Lp 12 equipped with Lingo1 . Someone advised me to buy the Linn Lingo 2 or 3 . Are the differences audible when changing the Lingo 1 model for a more updated one ?

I can only confirm for myself that a 3,4 N my linn Lp 12 has never sounded so good.

I've got a Linn 90, s ser.n. 093416 Karousel and Majik sub. Lingo1 . In order to calibrate the Karousel I have a Stuart Vant Richmont Cal 36/4 . Roto torque . I purchased the Richmont used but it seems to work still well. To the Karousel I applied a 2N which seems like a value reccomended form Linn....

I know tnat one side of the spring is hard and one is soft . But I don't think it could be possible to get a swing motion really low. In other words I cannot think that by a perfect orientation of the spring you can obtain such a low frecquency bounce such as you can by a minus K isolation platform ...

In an early 80s Linn lp 12 manual is said that by rotating the springs by trials and error is possible to get the most low frequency swing and bass response from the Lp 12 . Hi I've got a late 90 s Linn lp 12 , lingo 1 , Ekos 2 , original subchassis and Karousel bearing . I've just purchased a Linn majik subchassis . Is it possible to use my original Linn armboard on my new Majik subchassis . Shoukd I buy a new Arnboard ?

Your're right , he told me to go for an old LINGO 2 much better than one , At that point I'll go for the Karousel and the new Lingo 4 .

I've got a Linn Lp12 Ekos II Lingo 1 original toenarm wood baseboard
Some friend of mine who is deep in the Lp12 question said me that at moment the major upgrade I could have over my system is to get a New Lingo2 . He told me that Lingo 1 indeed didn't work so well .....
What do you think ?
