B has a natural lightness/easyness to it, that A lacks.

There is a difference, but I'd save up for an Arko.

Re: Linn’s new approach to designing amplifiers
I have also heard the 360 (as other speaker, amps LP12 etc) with less good results and as we all know - set up is important. (360 active with LP12 50 at the factory was another level and made streami...

Re: Linn 119 & 150 Loudspeakers
I've heard the 150's passive, fronted by a NG KDSM and powered by a pair of Solo 800's. They were indeed very good, sounding powerful, coherent and tuneful. And this was without fine-tuning the positi...

I have no price for the 119 yet, they are released on the 29th September. The 150's cost € 6.400,- and they sound mighty good!

Re: LP12 Power Supply Upgrade Options
I would go for KRad 1, you can always upgrade that to KRad 2 for a relatively small outlay. You will be astonished by the upgrade from Lingo 1 to KRad 1 anyway. I went from ARad 1 to KRad 2, which was...

Maybe the new Linn Majik 119 could be something for you? The smaller ones in the picture (the floorstanders are Majik 150's):

That looks like a very early UK issue. The original is - I believe - with the white/silver labels, but later that year this one with the tan labels was pressed.

Re: Playlist
Great live record from 1968 with fantastic sound by The Pentangle.

Yes I am very intrigued as well. I haven’t heard them yet but read some good reviews. Here is one of them for anybody that’s interested: https://www.stereophile.com/content/brilliant-corners-17-monom...
