I attended to the demo of Slipsik 5 today. It is better than the MM-stage in Akurate Kontrol with Dynamik. I can not say how much better, but it is better. Fantastic!

Hi. Remember that the "passive" Artikulates is not really passive. There are active servo controlled basses. Therefore the active-passive comparison should be made with other speakers.

I was in the same situation with a silver 5103. Replaced it with a black cover, ordered from my Linn dealer. I do not remember the price, but check with your dealer.

Would these new internal cables marked with direction be retro fittable? Maybe they can be ordered as spare parts?

For CD extraction, I recommend the free software Exact Audio Copy:
