Is the upgrade for the Tundra 2.2 on hold until more resister are produced beginning December of 2023?

I upgraded my iPad mini 6 to iOS 16.1 yesterday, roughly 10 days after replacing the Netgear 108v2 switch with the 308. Changing the switch is a nice improvement, but upgrading to iOS 16.1 is really quite something, at least to my ears.

I have found the 308 to be an improvement over the 108v2. I prefer the power supply from the 108v2 and found it worth experimenting with the orientation of the plug.
